[NEWS] UPDATES ON 'BURLESQUE'

IT'S GOING DOWN! More actors and actresses are being added to the Cast of the highly anticipated feature film, "Burlesque," which marks Christina Aguilera's Film Debut. Filming for the Movie begins on Nov. 9th.

Christina has been fitted for the outfits for the movie and is now concentrating on learning her lines and nailing the role right on the target. Mrs. Aguilera-Bratman is a perfectionist, and I believe she's going to do amazingly well in this project! 2010 is going to be a golden year for Christina. Her other anticipated project, "Light and Darkness," marks her fourth studio album. The project is finally completed but won't be out in stores until "Burlesque" is completed as well. Here is a list of the cast so far:

"Chill you guys! Cher actually is an amazing actress and singer. Christina is an amazing singer. When Cher wanted to act people laughed at her, but the second film she shot in her acting career earned her an Oscar nomination, the year after that she won the damn thing.
Acting and singing isn't that different. You need to believe the message the people on or the ones singing the song are telling you. I believe Cher when she's singing and when she's acting. I believe Christina when she's singing, so i'll probably believe her when she's acting.

According to Wikipedia: The fourth full-length English studio album by American singer Christina Aguilera is set to be released on December 1, 2009

This information seems to be true when compared to the previous rumored album release date which was 9/25/09 which falls on a Friday and we all know that albums don't come out on Fridays, they come out on Tuesdays!!! November 24, 2009 is on a Tuesday!!!!!! and what better time to drop an album then during the holiday shopping season aka Thanksgiving Day Weekend!!!!!! Get ready for a New Single Soon!

[NEWS] CHRISTINA AGUILERA'S 'THROWAWAY LYRICS'

Christina Aguilera almost lost the lyrics to her new song.

The 'Candyman' singer felt inspired to write the track while she was dining at Los Angeles' Osteria Mozza Italian restaurant.

However, she couldn't find any paper, so decided to put the lyrics on her napkin.

When Christina and her husband Jordan Bratman had finished eating, the waiter came to remove the dirty dishes and the pop star failed to notice he had also cleared the napkin away.

A source said: 'Christina wasn't looking when the busboy took the inked-up napkin. When she realised it was missing she ran after him.'

Luckily, the 28-year-old blonde star caught up with the waiter before the napkin could be thrown away.

The source added to National Enquirer magazine: 'Christina explained to the waiter what had happened and she found the napkin on top of a plate, unharmed.'

Christina's fourth studio album 'Light and Darkness' is set to be released later this year.
The Grammy award-winning singer has revealed the new material was inspired by giving birth to her son Max Liron in January 2008.

[NEWS] CHRISTINA'S TENTATIVE NEW ALBUM HAS A LADYTRON VIBE

Ladytron's Reuben Wu has claimed the band have put their own stamp on Christina Aguilera's new album.

The electro pop group worked with the Dirrty singer on her record Light And Darkness, and Reuben revealed she was impressed with what they had to offer.

"She is still Christina and it's still her voice but the album is very much Ladytron," said Reuben at the Standon Calling festival.

Guys I'm not confirming this yet because we have been tricked and given misleading information thus far but according to this website [http://www.mtv.it/music/inuscita/dischi_all.asp] Christina's New Album, entitled Light & Darkness, will be released on September 25, 2009!!!

[NEWS] SIA RESPONSIBLE FOR LE TIGRE & CHRISTINA AGUILERA COLLABORATION

The time on the road also helped MEN progress, she said. “[Playing a lot live] helps us to change the songs, feel what works or what doesn’t.”

The touring has also brought JD back to her roots. After doing bigger bus tours with Le Tigre and even working with pop star Aguilera, being in the van keeps her grounded.

“It’s different and it’s all the same,” she said. “It’s just the three of us driving in the rain. It’s really humbling and nice for me to go back to this. I totally started to miss this way of touring, being in control of your own s--t. It’s fun and I’m glad I get a chance to do that again.”

Though JD has been busy with MEN, the Aguilera collaboration was an exciting opportunity for her and the rest of Le Tigre to do some work together again, thanks to JD’s girlfriend and former Zero 7 singer, Sia, who had been working with Aguilera in L.A. when she mentioned Le Tigre.

“Sia worked with Christina before we did, she just reminded her that Le Tigre existed and [Aguilera] was like ‘I love them…that’s perfect, that’s exactly what I want,’” JD said. “I have to thank Sia for that.”

Aguilera’s album Light & Darkness also features collaborations with Goldfrapp and Ladytron and is due out in September. While many fans were excited by the prospect of Le Tigre playing together again, the band does not have plans for recording a new album in the near future.

Hello X-tina Lovers!

I want to introduce myself, I’m Aiden Valenciano, and I want to welcome you to “Christina’s BloG Spot” I along with Karlos, Joel & Josh will be giving you my honest opinion on what I think our Dirrty girl is doing. So Right now we don’t know much about what X-tina is Doing. But what I can say is that she is working on Something Great. With the new movie “Burlesque” about to start filming in November, she is probably preparing herself for the role (learning her lines etc...) She is probably taking classes to learn how to be a burlesque dancer, not everyone is born burlesque, she is probably also working out a lot. No junk food for her. Along with the New Album rumored to be released in November, you can also say that she is probably doing photo shoots for the album, planning the TOUR! Since it does take a more than year to plan a tour. She is going to come back with a BANG! It's going to blow everyone away. I personally don’t like the rumored album title “Light & Darkness,” it has no creativity like “Stripped” & “Back To Basics” those album titles were meaningful and full of creativity. Now don’t forget Christina is supposed to make a cameo appearance in “Get him to the Greek” which has just finished filming and will be released in April 2010. So stay tuned for the Movie Trailer that should be released within a month or so…PROJECT RUNWAY starts on August 20th, and as well Christina Aguilera Will be a guest judge this season. So watch the show and look for Christina. She’s going to be everywhere soon! Get Ready!

[RUMOR] NEW ALBUM RUMORED TITLES

Ok so there's all this new speculation about the release date being sometime in November, but there have been many reliable sources that will remain unnamed that had said that it will be released this September.

So far there are two names that are being thrown out there for possible album names...

1. A NEW WOMAN (are you serious?)
2. LIGHT and DARKNESS (loves it!)

Which one would you prefer and why? Or do you prefer neither?
