[STYLE] GET THE LOOK - VOICE SHOW LAST NIGHT
Last night was so exciting. My new album Lotus dropped and I performed a song from the album with fellow coach CeeLo Green. The look was all about royalty and CeeLo and I had a blast as king and queen for the day.

Two giveaways in one. Celebrate the regality of women with The Royal Desire Makeup Look Contest -- based on the fragrance’s notes -- and the separate drawing of fifty winners of the fragrance. Many will enter and win.BeautyStat.com -- the leading online beauty community for skincare reviews and makeup reviews -- wants every woman to feel like a queen this summer with not one, but two giveaways for the Christina Aguilera Royal Desire Fragrance. The first part of the giveaway will include a “Create Your Own Royal Desire Look Contest” -- which will require interested candidates to create their own makeup look based on the notes found in the fragrance.
Christina Aguilera’s voice has made her into the powerhouse she is today in the music world, but it is also her noteworthy and feminine style -- from exquisite makeup looks to exciting hairstyles -- that makes her the embodiment of a true queen. The fragrance opens with delicious blackcurrant and incorporates Christina’s love of Japan with notes of yuzu citrus. And with additional notes including honeysuckle, lily and rose, the looks and inspirations are endless.
The submitted looks will be narrowed down to fifteen by BeautyStat makeup artists/writers in the beauty industry. They will then in turn have the BeautyStat readership vote for the top three looks. The winners will receive Visa gift cards of varying monetary value (first place receives one-hundred dollars; second place receives fifty dollars and third place receives twenty-five dollars) and a full size bottle of the fragrance.
The second part of the giveaway will allow those who decide not to participate in the makeup look contest to be eligible to receive their very own full size bottle of Christina Aguilera Royal Desire. All they have to do is comment, letting us know what makes them feel like a queen and/or cast their vote for the look they think should win. Entrants must also share the contest giveaway with their friends on Facebook and Twitter as well.

[STYLE] GET THE LOOK - VOICE QUARTER FINAL ELIMINATION SHOW
Tonight was a good example of how bold color can still be soft and sexy. Hope you enjoyed the look! - XoXtina
Hair stylist Mark Townsend:
Christina's hair tonight is all about those sexy, swinging layers and loads of shine. I started by applying a few drops of Dove Nourishing Oil Anit-Frizz Serum to her damp hair before blow drying, the natural almond and coconut oils in the serum moisturize the hair and argan oil seals the cuticle, locking moisture in. I blow dried the hair with a large round brush to give her hair movement and then used a 2 inch curling iron on 5 inch sections of hair. To separate the curls and give her hair cool texture I sprayed Sally Hershberger Shagg Spray in my hands and then raked my hands through all the hair. I finished by spraying Dove Extra Hold Hairspray all over to keep the hair in place without weighing it down or getting sticky. I have been having so much fun creating different hairstyles for the live shows and I love that Christina is so adventurous, she is such an inspiration and amazing to collaborate with!

This weeks get the look, I wanted to play a little with color and print- Since Christina loves color and looks amazing in it! The purple printed swirl Alexander McQueen is the perfect mix of color, print and personality! We paired the dress with stunning gold iridescent crystal and studded pigalle heels by Christian Louboutin. Jewels by Loree Rodkin.

The first thing Christina said when I saw her today was that she wanted a glossy burgundy lip! I love a dark lip and had just the shade. I first lined and filled in her lips with Urban Decay 24/7 Lip liner in "envious". I then coated her lips with Le Métier De Beaute lip cream in "framboise creme" I created the eye look using aubergine an gold shades from my YSL "pure chromatics" pallettes adding intensity to the lashline using CoverGirl's black liquiline blast liner.

Celebrity manicurist Farah Songhorian used Essie's Wicked.
To top off my look and to compliment british designer Alexander McQueen I used my fragrance Royal Desire as a finishing touch on the look. Blackcurrant and yuzu scents makes anyone feel like modern royalty. You can purchase Royal Desire at Sears.

[NEWS] 'ROYAL DESIRE' WINS THE GERMAN FRAGRANCE AWARD
The German Fragrance Award is the highest accolade that can be paid to the German fragrance industry. The DUFTSTARS awards have been presented annually in Germany since 1993. The American Fragrance Foundation originally came up with the idea of presenting awards for fragrances back in 1973.The award is currently presented to winners in the four categories of Classic, Exclusive, Lifestyle and Prestige.
In the Lifestyle Ladies category, the winner was Christina Aguilera’s ROYAL DESIRE.
“We’re delighted to be sharing the Lifestyle Ladies award with our customer, Procter & Gamble. Royal Desire’s glass flacon was manufactured by Gerresheimer,” said Bernd Stauch, Sales Director Moulded Glass.
Christina Aguilera’s new fragrance indulges the user in luxury. This latest fragrance by music superstar Christina Aguilera is dedicated to women with grand aspirations who enjoy the luxuries of life. It was created for ’royal’ moments in the life of women who revel in their femininity. Intensive fruity and warmly sensuous notes are combined to create a fragrance that is fit for queens. The flacon has an enchantingly feminine design and features a silver colored charm.
