FULL CEREMONIAL VIDEO FROM WALK OF FAME EVENT

Singer and Burlesque's Christina Aguilera received her star on the Walk of Fame in Hollywood on Monday.

Manager Irving Azoff presented Aguilera with the honor, the 2,423rd star.

"Can I tell you how amazing it is to look around and see all of your fabulous faces here today? Thank you so much for coming out and supporting me and supporting this amazing, incredible day of my life," she said to the crowd.

The 29-year-old Aguilera, who recently separated from her husband, began her career in the late 1990s as a pop singer and had several No. 1 hits, including "Genie in a Bottle." She won five Grammys, sold more than 30 million albums and had three No. 1 albums in the U.S. Aguilera was also the only under-30 singer to be included in Rolling Stone's 100 greatest singers of all-time.

Her latest project Burlesque, which co-stars Cher and Stanley Tucci, comes out Nov. 24. The film's writer and director Steve Antin was also present at the ceremony on Hollywood Blvd.
