well, i like them both, though early mariah wasindeed great. nowadays her songs are pretty crappy. what i really like about X is that she has an ability to sing, over 4 octaves and she uses 100% of her voice. mariah has 5 octaves, has a room in a Guinness Record Book...and only whispers and whistles...the last song of hers i liked was Bringing On A Heartbreak...Honestly, despite mariah's unexplainably negative attitude to X, i would like to hear their duet. i think it would blow the roof off and would be bigger that "Believe" mimi had with whitney
