Christina Aguilera keeps it cool and casual as she steps out of the Sherman Oaks Medical Center on Tuesday (July 24) in Sherman Oaks, Calif.

The 31-year-old singer was accompanied by her boyfriend Matthew Rutler as she went in the Medical Center for a check-up.
